Dr. Prasad: Typically the effects after Botox or Dysport treatments lasts 3 to 6 months. At my New York practice, many patients come in every 4 months for their Botox injections (before the Botox / Dysport completely wears off). This has been a successful approach for administering Botox or Dysport for the treatment of crow’s feet or periorbital wrinkles.
